[TowerTalk] Tail Twister and Rohn 25

I have had a Tailtwister in my 120 foot of Rohn 25 for the last 11 years
with no problem. You do have to cut one of the struts to get it in but I
have had no problems and it has been through two hurricanes during that
time.
