That being said, some models of SAMSUNG are especially susceptible to RF, 
even small amounts. As you said, the best place to ask may be the RFI 
reflector(s) where more info and model numbers/brands are discussed.  -Mike

Wrong email reflector -- the place to ask is the RFI list.  BUT -- 
plasma TV's are well known as BAD RFI generators and not practical to
fix.  In general, LCDs made by Sony and Samsung have been free of RFI.
