While Bird does not make a "Sitemaster" (their device is called a Site
Analyzer), Jim is correct on what it can see. My Anritsu SItemaster (S331A)
can see the stainless steel clamps used to hang Heliax on a tower. Critter
bites, even small ones,  should be no problem. --Mike, WV2ZOW
