   This document is 12 years old but it's the only one I ever saw that 
details using cable clamps on PHILLYSTRAN. Use at your own risk.

   I find it helpful to have something to hold the saddle to keep it 
from twisting when tightening the nuts on the clamps. I often use an 
open end wrench that is about the same size of the outside of the saddle.
