[TowerTalk] KLM 4 el Yagi Mods and upgrades?

I am rebuilding my 35 year old KLM 4 el yagi to put back up at my new
location. I was very pleased with its operation as assembled using the 70's
- 80's manual. The original design of this yagi was done on paper, no
computer modeling back then.

Are there newer mods/dimensions to increase the performance further? I know
I can remove one of the dual driven elements and make it a 3 el, but I do
enjoy the full 40m bandwidth it provides. And I really don't want to take
time rebuilding or making parts to modify it. As it stands now, I am not
intending to run yagi stress, I feel it will hold up OK at this QTH.

I did a quick search on the web but didn't find anything worthwhile.
