[TowerTalk] Help ID'ing crank up tower.

Hi all..have a crank up tower I need some help identifying.

It is a crankup and I believe a US tower.  Have a bunch of pictures as well
as key measurements.
Some key measurements:

Rotor part of tower is 5ft tall

Base section is 21 ft tall

Second section is 10ft tall

Tower Part that cranks up is 20 ft tall

Base is 13 inches on center

14 inch bar on base section appears to be for tilt over of tower
