[TowerTalk] 1/4 wave sloper attachment

I use a Budwig HQ-1 Dipole Center Insulator:

The sloping wire is connected to one side.  On the tower side, I
used a short piece of coax braid, and secured it to the tower by
wrapping it around a leg, and then clamping it with a stainless
steel hose clamp.
