Where every you weld on the outside the galvanizing will likely be
burned off on the inside and likely at least half an inch farther than
the actual weld. That's why the welding is done before they hot dip
galvanize.

## somebody asked abt the inside legs. After you clean the inside legs, cap the 3 x ends off.
Put the section on a single saw horse. use a funnel and pour a ton of that ZRC stuff down each leg.
Then cap off the upper 3 x legs. Then rock it back and forth , like a teeter-totter. Then flip the
tower onto a different face..and repeat the procedure. Open off 3 x caps at one end...ONE at
a time..and pour out the excess into a container. Repeat the for the other 3 x legs. Make sure you drain
out the excess. You might be able to use paint mitts to do the outside of the towers. Then no overspray,
which just wastes the expensive ZRC anyway. Think ZRC comes in 1 qt and also 1 gal containers.
Not doing the inside of the legs with ZRC is just asking for trbl down the road. You can also pour ZRC
down the inside of legs on any crank up tower..while it's standing vertical. Bit more of a trick though,
but it works.
