[TowerTalk] 4Nec2 and NEC/4.2

This may be of interest for folks thinking about purchasing a NEC/4 license
for use with 4Nec2. The one-time license fee is now $300 though Lawrence
Livermore National Labs. This is a lot less than it was a few years ago.

The CD-ROM came with updates including versions 4.1 and 4.2 It also came
with a whopping 213 page user manual! However, it seems that 4Nec2 defaults
to the NEC4D1200.EXE engine when selecting NEC/4 in the menu. That engine
is not fully "operational compatible" with 4Nec2. For one thing the DOS
window doesn't close automatically after the model run time is complete.

By trial and error, I "fixed" the problems by using the NEC/4.2 control
console .exe. So, file NEC42W32CL.exe was re-named to NEC4D1200.exe in the
EXE sub-directory since 4Nec2 defaults only to the NEC4D1200 file name when
selecting the NEC/4 engine in the menu. Hopefully, Arie will incorporate
more pull-down engine options in the future.

NEC/4 is now working just like NEC/2 in 4Nec2 software, only with better
accuracy for some ground-related applications.
