[TowerTalk] ICE 419?

ICE 419 capacitor values are attached.

In your case, it is probably the two 270 pf on the radio side
(usually not the antenna side) that have failed.  I recently
replaced W7WW's 10 meter caps with three 180 pf in parallel.  So
far so good.
