The drag-racer neighbor who fabricated mine used a scrap piece of
high-density polyethylene, which looks for all the world like a piece of
a kitchen cutting board. Up 10 years so far and working fine. I also
put a piece of split radiator hose on the swing arm for those times when
I bounce it off the tower leg.
