Bill,

I put up a C31XR (that I purchased new from F12 in November) in March.  
I built it per specs and my swr is flat from band edge to band edge on 
10, 15 and 20.  I just measured the swr and the highest swr is 1.5 to 1 
at 21.450.

I would call Mark at F12 I'm sure he'll be glad to give you the 
dimensions and turns.

I sure would like to get two more C31's. The one I have is at 78', I'd 
like another at 40' and another at 40' on a different tower, I think 
that would make a great setup for domestic contesting.
