Hello all,

Many thanks to all who responded, both here, and off list directly to
me.  Too many responses to send individual thank you notes, thanks
again.  

On a brighter note; I saw a structural engineering group today, to get
some drawings for the city made up.  We will see how the city responds
to this probably within a month.  More as I get it.
