[TowerTalk] Telrex Redesign

i thought about that years ago also and decided the best option was to just optimize the lengths.  this resulted in one director being eliminated electrically, but in order to keep the weight and wind balance i left it in place but shortened it so it wasn't really doing anything for the pattern.  if you start trying to move elements you would have to do lots of machining or just figure methods of doing it by cutting pieces off the boom... i decided that in the long run it was better to keep it mechanically intact.
