[TowerTalk] DXE Cable prep tool

Does anyone know if this tool, the DXE-UT-8213 designed to prep RG-8 
LMR-400 etc. will work on RG-11? I am thinking not as I thought part of 
the 50/75 ohm characteristic came from the spacing of the shield from 
the center ( I may also be completely wrong on that point). I could be 
all wet on this one as well but figured this might be the place to find 
the right answer, flame or not.
