[TowerTalk] Tower Paint

The guys at PJ2C have gotten tower painting down to a science (they do
paint quite
often). You might ask them about how to do it.
The last time I talked to one of them (and it was a while ago), I
think it entailed a full
body suit and a couple of big mittens to apply the paint.
