[TowerTalk] Coax Matching Stubs W/Smith Chart

Using a Smith Chart is an educational process, but for practicality it 
seems to me that using TLW (the free application that comes with the 
ARRL Antenna Book) is a simpler solution.  It is almost trivial to use.
