Potato gun.  Can of hair spray, couple pieces of PVC
  conduit...I've seen my neighbor get well over 200 yards out of one.

I would hope you really don't mean 200 foot ASL rather than AGL or I'm 
going to have to do a lot of digging with ground level being 630 ASL
