[TowerTalk] element tapering calculation

I have used the W6QHS algorithm with excellent results.  To make
calculations easier, there is an old spread spreadsheet someplace on the
internet which can be converted to Excel.

I'd like some advice on software, scripts or ways to convert single
diameter tubinng into tapered element, and back.

I've been advised to try ON4UN's software, but I could not run it on
windows7.
