[TowerTalk] Rotator screw sealing.

If you have a drill press, you can drill a hole, or holes, across
the head on the bolts, then "safety wire" (see Wikipedia) the heads
to prevent them from loosening.  Safety wiring is a essential practice
on aircraft, etc.   BTW, I looked on Wikipedia and saw that
the ends of the twisted wires shown in the photo were not
bent back on themselves....obvious unsafe practice.
 
Bolts that are already drilled may be available at surplus
stores.  Also, I *think* I've seen them at www.mcmaster.com
