Profiles ...The goal of such was to test Amateur Equipment  and publish the
results as true blue as possible
 
    Well, the ARP tribander comparison wasn't much  better than reading the 
manufacturer's specs since it was so short and had no  protocol or 
techniques used. It was the ARP 2-page article that started us on  our path to do 
some real on-the-air antenna testing. The ARP article is  included in our 
landmark tribander comparison report (available from _www.championradio.com_ 
(http://www.championradio.com) ).
 
    I had never heard any additional information about  the published info 
so tnx for passing it along.
