[TowerTalk] Contra Costa County Permit Application

Has anyone filed a building permit application with Contra Costa County,
California? I've just gotten the wet-stamped engineering calculations for
my 64' tower back and am ready to file for the building permit.

My property is on 10 acres in an unincorporated part of the county (no need
to worry about any city requirements) and is zoned agricultural. I'm
looking for anyone who has experience with the Contra Costa building
department to get an idea of what to expect. Any "gotchas" to know about
when dealing with them?
