[TowerTalk] concrete sealant?

It looks like a great product but you have to be in the San Jose area to get it.

I've had great success with Metacrylics as a deck/roofing material over living space.  see  metacrylics.com  A sun protection/walk on layer is recommended over the sealing layer.
