[TowerTalk] Interlace 10 on 40???

Been thinking of interlacing a 5 element 10 meter beam on my 3 element 40 meter beam as a tower space saving measure. 
Normally do not use these bands at the same time. 
Any thoughts whether this is a good idea or bad idea???
