[TowerTalk] Remote Ham Radio

[Wes Attaway (N5WA)]

The rental is for access to a station.  The renter would have to be properly
licensed to operate said station.  This is exactly the same as renting a
house that has ham radio gear and antennas located on the property.

The only difference I can see is that access is via an Internet connection
instead of via a physical doorway.

I don't understand all the controversy.

Isn't it against the rules to make money or receive reimbursement for 
the use of an Amateur Radio station?
