[TowerTalk] Remote Ham Radio

Will ARRL or FCC allow me to sell the services of my plastic owl at a 
remotely controlled location? It doesn't say so in my study guide. Does the 
owl have to face north?

Can we take this argument outside to the parking lot?  Let's  debate
something about towers and antennas...like whether plastic owls do the  job 
of
keeping bird poop off the tower and antennas.
