[TowerTalk] Can a Rohn SSV tower be disassembled using a ginpole?

I don't think the gin pole would need to be over 20 feet long unless you had 
some sort of requirement to only lift the sections by the upper end.  The 
gin pole only needs to reach higher than the center of gravity of the 
section it's lifting, plus a little bit for practical purposes.
