[TowerTalk] HDX-555

I got my HDX-555 installed on Friday and the installers placed the base bolts in the third hole up from the bottom rather than the bottom holes as recommended by US Towers.  My question is if it is safe to stand the tower up vertically with the bolts in the third holes up rather than the bottom holes?  Once I get the tower up vertically I can put the bolts in the bottom holes at that point as instructed in the manual.  I would think that having the bolts up higher would not increase the pressure on the winch?  Maybe even decrease it?Thanks,BradW5BK
