11.5 dBd on what band?  Is that the free space gain, or if not, what is
the free space gain?  If the loops are really doing something vs 
dipoles,  it should beat a 4 element SteppIR on a 32 foot boom.
They claim 11.6 to 12.7 dBd gain, I guess in free space (no height
