[TowerTalk] Eng'g data

Does anyone have or can point me in the right direction
to find the engineering data including concrete base
calcs for the US Tower 5-106 and 5-89 in the original
Z-brace configuration (versions prior to the change to
W-bracing)?

I need these for applications to county Planning and
Zoning.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
