[TowerTalk] Why not to buy an M2 antenna

I have an M2 antenna going up on the tower soon, so I am interested in
factory service available to cover problems.

Something is fishy in your series of posts.  You originally said no return
calls from service, and now this post seems to refute that.  You also
mentioned a cost of $500, but M2 web site offers entire antenna for $291.  I
am interested in the real story.

Wish that were the case. I've spoken to the "team" at M2 twice.
Actually was told to "F@@K off."
Requested to speak to Mike twice.
Those people are a bunch of idiots.
I won't hold my breath for a call.
