[TowerTalk] 15m monster finally up - EME and Video

Robert,

He's sending ES5TV in about 2 seconds, and there's about a half-second
delay after he unkeys before you hear the entire call ES5TV clearly
(so the first letter is heard about 2.5 s after sending it). Clearly
off the moon.
