Joe,

Not sure why you chose to post this publicly, but I now think it's best to state the facts to clear the air.  

My recommendation to you after carefully considering the situation (non standard tower on which a standard gin pole would not fit, plus an imbalanced and very heavy Telrex antenna) was to consider use of a crane.  Safety first.  

I'm sorry that you don't recall that communication.
