You can find Jet-Lubes WRL (Wire Rope and Chain Lubricant), same stuff as
Prelube really.  Most larger towns have a business like this
http://delta-cable.tripod.com/ that service the crane and winch industry.
It is about 13 bucks a can, so cheaper to purchase from Steve at Champion
Radio really.
