[TowerTalk] Up to Date Instructions for MicroDEM and HFTA?

Greetings,

I'm on Guam, and would like to use HFTA at the location here, so I need 
to set up the terrain for here.  Does anyone have any up to date 
instructions for using MicroDEM to make up the terrain files you need 
for HFTA?  The web site http://seamless.usgs.gov is no longer supported.
