[TowerTalk] 40-2CD question

I need to order some part of the elements of the 40-2CD

 

I don´t have the antenna here right now, but I made my notes of the damage
sections but now reading the manual I have a doubt

 

I need the EG tube of the driven element. This part is a 1 ¼ x 72´´  but in
the dimension sheet I need to have 73´´ of this tube, so something is bad in
the manual

 

Anyone familiar with this antenna that can help me to determine the right
dimension of the section I need?
