[TowerTalk] m2 40M4LLDD + 20m add on

F12 just went to a new coil design on the delta series.  I just took 
delivery of a 240/230 which has 2 elements on 40 and 2 elements on 40 
with the new coils.

The new design is stouter than the original delta series coils.  F12 is 
getting away from linear loading as well.
