    And that's only on TRANSMIT. Your rx gain is 0 dB. This'd be a big alligator - all mouth and no ears.

##  Nice try Steve.... it does not  work  that way !    Too many folks these days have an elevated noise floor.   Once you are maxed out for antenna’s  on
your property, you don’t have many options left.   These days, you can latch onto internet receiver’s anywhere in the world, so RX problems can sometimes
be alleviated...depending on latency.   Nobody gets 12 dbd of gain  @ 60 feet on any band, that’s  pie in the sky.  You do the best you can, and Eimac does the rest.  
An extra 6-9 db on TX works wonders these days....levels the playing field a bit.
