[TowerTalk] CDE Rotator Controllers

I still have two CDE Big Talk controllers, one with case and one without.
I have no idea of their operability or condition.  They look neglected but complete.
They have xfmrs, caps, knobs, four presets, and the neat rheostats that have 360 degrees of winding.
If they aren’t taken for parts, I’ll save the xfmrs for rig control systems and the caps for who knows what.
Since the post office has gone crazy, shipping is likely to be $15, so $30 shipped CONUS.
