Remove the u bolts. I think that the plate has to go in at the joint
between sections and then taps with a rubber mallet will get the plate
horizontal and then it can moved up inside the tower
Practice on a joint at ground level first. Then you wil be ready to work at
height. It works like that on the Rohn 45 tower sections
