Thanks for the information. I see that they also sell 3" 4130 masts which
is a size that I was unable to find anywhere earlier this year. I wound up
taking K7LXC's advice and purchasing 3" OD 1026 material and I had it
galvanized.  It fit perfectly in my prop pitch rotator. It was pretty
inexpensive and I really did not need higher strength material anyway. 
Still it is nice to see this available.

While on the DX Engineering website, I noticed they are now stocking
chrome-moly masts in Akron. Their prices and their shipping rates seem quite
good. If you're putting up a tower, chrome-moly masts are great and they are
definitely worth the investment.
