[TowerTalk] Thoughts on towers suitable for my difficultlocation?

I have a T2X rotor that has the CATS brake delay unit in it.  For some 
reason one of the capacitors (the one on the edge of the circuit 
board) decided to literally blow up.

Does anyone have a schematic of the CATS brake delay, so I might have 
a chance to trouble shoot it?
