[TowerTalk] Raising 25G with a helicopter

Most of us the operate WISPs would know that there are a bunch of things 
wrong in that video.  No hard hats.  No safety lines.  No guy wires. 
Really hard to believe this is for a WISP.  Maybe property owner so he 
can get service?

Anyone know about where this is located?
