After a number of interruptions I finally managed to get the third tower 
mounting plate welded to the 5' of #10 rerod and painted with cold 
galvanizing.  Hopefully I can get iy mounted on the bottom of the 
raising fixture.  The other two are already mounted due to the good 
graces of N8ERF.  Once the third one is mounted I can start wiring up 
the rerod cageand build the 2 X 6 frame to hold this assembly level in 
the hole so we can pour the concrete.

Progress is slow, but at least it's progress.
