I had a similar problem with a prop pitch rotator. If it continues to
loose calibration, you can try changing the reed switch. If that does
not work, I am sure that W2FU can help you with the controller.

With the Green Heron controller, it is possible to accidentally change the offset or direction reading (if using a reed switch). If this is a common problem for you, I believe that you can lock the menu.
