hung  over the neighborss property when turned a certain way.  It really 
was  
not that noticeable and it never caused a complaint.
 
    One thing that works just fine is to bend the  offending element ends 
down. It doesn't appreciably affect the antenna  performance. Pack sand into 
the element before bending and it won't kink. Check  the archives (@ 
contesting.com) for more info from some years ago.
