[TowerTalk] Unknown antenna

Those element insulators are from Hy-Gain (long ago).

My best guess, per your description is a Hy-Gain TH-3 (very first one  
they came out with), but not sure why one element has no traps.   
Perhaps the ends 'fell off' before you got to it.
