Have you considered a smaller tri-bander such as the old Cushcraft ATB-34 or a Hexbeam? These are small footprint, great performing  antennas that may fill the bill for you. Good luck in your quest.

Is it possible to take the typical triband yagi and shorten it some to use
it only on 15 and 10m if you are limited on space?  I guess this would
involve removing the element ends that are beyond the second trap on each
side.  Has anyone tried this?  Is it possible to do?  I do remember reading
about someone converting the 20m portion to 17m instead by shortening the
element ends.
