This may not be entirely true , my email is a Yahoo.com address and I got the bounce notice also...

What I am trying to convey is if Tom has a xxxx at yahoo as the originator of a
message, those who have email addresses NOT on yahoo.com are bounced (you do
NOT receive the message) while those with yahoo.com email addresses DO
receive Tom's messages. After a number of bounces you receive a
reregistration notice.
If I understand the problem, the bounces are only caused by those using a
yahoo,com email address.
