[TowerTalk] 20 meter yagi suggestion

I did these optimizations about 15 years ago and both, if I recall 
correctly require boom extensions and a Phyllistran support  for the 
boom to the mast to reduce the boom droop. I can't say that the work to 
do this was worth .5db of gain improvement.
